Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman, an American gymnast, was a member of both the Fierce Five 2012 as well as the Final Five 2016 US Women's Olympic gymnastics teams. Aly Raisman took home three gold medals during the 2012 Olympics at London. In addition, she took home a bronze on the balance beam. This made her the first American gymnast at the Olympics to earn the most medals. The gold medal was hers for team during the 2016 Olympics and made her and Gabby Douglas first Americans to be the first pair of gold medalists back-to-back. Additionally, she won silver for individual all-around as well as for floor exercise. The three years that passed between her two Olympic Games, she took a break. Additionally, she was part of the gold-winning American teams at the two World Championships. The gymnastics classes began at age 2 and loves exercises on the floor. Aly has enrolled in her local Uniting Against Lung Cancer group in memory of her grandmother. She plans to make a career in fashion. She would also like to increase the length of her leotards and her socks. Fierce, a new book she's working on, will be published at the end of this year.
